Elmo Talks with Scientific American about Tomorrow's Orion Crew Capsule

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla.—The press site here at Kennedy Space Center is buzzing with media, top NASA metal, and no less than one big name of the textured sort: Elmo. Through an organization in the middle of NASA and Sesame Street, the cuddly red muppet is here to observe Thursday's dispatch of the Orion group container, which will make its presentation flight at 7:05 a.m. ET. Orion is intended to convey space explorers to profound space—to a space rock or possibly Mars—and this introductory experimental run will go for its machines, parachutes, high temperature shield and different frameworks sans team. I got an opportunity to converse with Elmo about what its similar to be here for the dispatch and why Orion's first flight is such a major .

thanks for reading and watching.
